America Ferrera first hit the big screen with her role in Real Women Have Curves in 2002 and she quickly captured our hearts. Since then she has been featured in popular movies like The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and shows like Ugly Betty and more recently Superstore. In addition to her acting career, she’s recently becoming more politically active, encouraging Latinos in the U.S. to vote in the most recent election as well as becoming a voice for the Women’s March and Families Belong Together protest.
