The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald (Long Island, NY) – Any piece of literature that captures American glamour of the 1920s is a treasure, and no one does that better than Fitzgerald. This one takes place in Long Island… so this is essentially the best Hamptons party ever.
She Regrets Nothing by Andrea Dunlop (New York City) – A little cocktail celebrating one woman’s journey as she navigates the dark side of Manhattan wealth and glamour – plus, it’s Andrea Dunlop. (This book also made our list of “6 Books to read when it’s raining” – get the rest of the picks here.)
Milk & Honey by Rupi Kaur (Somewhere Soulful) – This one has been sitting on my shelf for a while but I hear it’s soul shaking – and it’s all about finding the sweetness of life even when it serves up bitter chapters.
Still Me by Jojo Moyes (New York City) – I love JoJo and can’t wait to devour this one, another coming-of-age tale that explores finding roots in NYC (or, deciding your roots are somewhere else).
