Series: Bridgerton and Shrinking

Season four of Bridgerton focuses its spotlight on the free-spirited, second son Benedict Bridgerton, who has no interest in settling down—until a mysterious woman in silver captures his attention at a masquerade ball. She is soon revealed to be Sophie Baek, a housemaid from a very different world, setting the stage for a sweeping, fairy-tale romance inspired by An Offer From a Gentleman by Julia Quinn. Across eight episodes, Benedict and Sophie’s love story unfolds amid returning favorites and new faces, blending longing, passion, and your favorite Bridgerton drama.

Shrinking is a comedy-drama series created by Bill Lawrence, Jason Segel, and Brett Goldstein that follows Jimmy Laird, a grieving therapist who begins crossing ethical lines by telling his patients exactly what he thinks. His honesty sparks unexpected and often life-changing consequences for both his patients and himself. After season one explored grief and season two centered on forgiveness, season three will focus on the theme of moving forward.
